Affiliate Compliance & Advertising Standards
The advertising and compliance rules every affiliate agrees to when promoting our products.
Important Notice
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only and are NOT for human or veterinary consumption, nor for any diagnostic or therapeutic use. Affiliates must reflect this positioning in all promotion. Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
1. Research-Use-Only Positioning
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use and are not for human or veterinary consumption, nor for any diagnostic or therapeutic use. Affiliates must reflect this positioning in all promotion and must never imply, state, or suggest that any product is intended for human use.
2. Prohibited Claims
Affiliates may not make, imply, or endorse any claim that a product treats, cures, prevents, mitigates, heals, or affects any disease, body function, or condition — including but not limited to: weight loss / fat loss, blood-sugar or glucose effects, appetite or satiety, anti-aging or longevity, muscle growth, injury or tissue recovery/repair, or any performance, cosmetic, or wellness benefit. Hedging language (“may help,” “supports,” “promising,” “preliminary”) does not make such a claim acceptable. Dosing, “how to use,” reconstitution-for-injection, mg/week, or protocol/cycle instructions are prohibited.
3. No Brand-Drug References
Affiliates may not use FDA-approved brand drug names (e.g., Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound) or terms such as “FDA-approved,” “clinically proven,” “scientifically proven,” “prescription,” “patient,” “therapy,” or “treatment.”
4. Approved Materials Only
Affiliates may promote only using creative, copy, product names, and links provided or approved by us in writing. Affiliates may not author their own product claims or descriptions.
5. FTC Disclosure
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to us (paid affiliate relationship) in all promotions, in compliance with the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255).
6. Restricted Products
GLP-1 / GIP analogs and any product we designate as members-only or restricted may not be promoted, named, or linked by affiliates under any circumstances.
7. Channels
No promotion via unsolicited email or SMS (spam), no paid search or social advertising referencing prohibited claims or restricted products, and no domains or usernames that imply human or medical use, without our prior written approval.
8. Monitoring, Suspension & Clawback
We may review affiliate promotions at any time. Violation of these standards is grounds for immediate suspension or termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and we may reverse commissions on orders connected to non-compliant promotion. Affiliates are responsible for their own content and agree to indemnify us for losses arising from their non-compliant promotion.
These standards supplement, and do not replace, the full affiliate program agreement. We may update them at any time; continued participation constitutes acceptance.
