Intended Use

Every product offered by Biolinx Labs is intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research and development by qualified researchers, scientists, and institutions. Our materials are reference compounds supplied for the study of their chemical and physical properties under controlled experimental conditions. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food.

Not for Human or Animal Use

No product sold here may be used in or on humans or animals, taken internally, applied topically, or used in any form of self-experimentation. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as encouragement or instruction to do so. We do not provide dosing, administration, or usage guidance of any kind.

Purchaser Agreement

By placing an order, you represent, warrant, and certify that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a qualified researcher, or you represent a research institution or laboratory;
• The products will be used solely for legitimate in-vitro research and development;
• The products will not be used for human or animal consumption, or any diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purpose;
• You will handle, store, and dispose of the materials in accordance with applicable laws and accepted laboratory safety practices;
• You will not resell or distribute the products for any prohibited use.

Handling, Storage & Safety

Research materials must be handled only by trained personnel using appropriate protective equipment and following the purchaser's own institutional safety protocols. Store materials as described on the product specification and Certificate of Analysis. See our research guide and the Research Library for general handling references. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for safe handling and lawful use.

No Medical or Health Claims

The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products and statements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and we make no representation that any product is safe or effective for any human or veterinary use.

Regulatory Status

Biolinx Labs is a chemical supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and we are not an outsourcing facility as defined under section 503B. Products are supplied as research chemicals and have not been approved by the FDA for any therapeutic use.

Compliance With Applicable Laws

The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, handling, and use of any product complies with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to them, including any import requirements in their jurisdiction.

We may update this Research Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the site and purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
